This meal is always a winner in our house! Its meat and potatoes at its finest AND easiest!
Here are the ingredients:
Roast
Cream of celery
Onion soup mix packet
8-10 Potatoes (washed, peeled and cut into quarters)
Bag of baby carrots
Instructions:
1. Place roast, onion soup mix and cream of celery into crockpot.
2. Fill crockpot the rest of the way with water.
3. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Seriously, cook on low all day long. I promise you won’t regret it.
We serve ours with ketchup, yum! It’s what’s for dinner!
P.S. Place those leftovers in a gallon sized zip lock bag with the extra broth and save it for another day OR My Mama’s Veggie Soup coming up later this week!
